The host of the 2024 Juno Awards in Halifax has been announced.
Nelly Furtado will host the awards on March 24th at Scotiabank Centre.
The Victoria, B.C. native is starting to perform again after a few years off stage.
She lasted hosted the Junos in 2007.
That wasn’t the only announcement, as Toronto rock band ‘The Beaches’ and Charlotte Cardin were named performers.
Canadian hip-hop legend Maestro Fresh Wes will perform, fresh off an induction to the Canadian Music Hall of Fame.
Pop duo Teagan and Sara will receive an award for their charity work from Halifax actor Elliot Page.
