Two men have been charged after gun shots were heard near the scene of a weekend accident involving a cattle truck.
The transport tipped over after failing to negotiate a corner Saturday on the Trans Canada Highway near Marathon, causing some of the animals to leave the trailer and wander way.
OPP say it was the next day that shots near the area were heard.
The men, both 43-years-old and from Marathon, were charged with careless use of a firearm and theft.
