Another shut down of high schools across the Rainy River district today.
Members of the Ontario Secondary School Teachers Federation are taking the second of what could be a series of one-day strikes to back demands for a new contract with the Rainy River District School Board.
Classrooms at high schools will remain dark, except those for Grades 7 and 8 students at Atikokan High School.
Both sides say they’re open to a resumption of talks, but nothing yet has been set up.
