The Annual "Walk With Our Sisters" event is taking place on Tuesday, May 7th from 12pm to 3pm.
it is in honour of the lives of Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and to acknowledge the grief and torment families of these women continue to suffer, and to raise awareness of this issue.
The walk will begin at the Fort Frances Senior Centre and will end at United Native Friendship Centre, where a bagged lunch will be provided.
Several groups and organizations have partnered together to help plan and facilitate this event.
Everyone is welcome to participate.
